Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. The time and costs of the missed appointment hurts my business. Uglowin Beauty, LLC only allows 2 reschedules of an appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times, 100% of the appointment will have to be paid before rescheduling. Please be respectful of this policy, as it will be harder for you to book again with me in the future. If you plan on being late to your appointment please communicate with Courtney as soon as possible. By booking, you fully acknowledge and understand this policy. 50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations with in
24 hours of your scheduled appointments.
